Your day to day

What we need from you

• Revenue maximization through the full utilization of the Company’s systems and best practices, in accordance with Global Brand Service/Revenue Management specifications, including Concerto, Opera, GDS (Global Distribution System) interfaces, E-commerce interfaces etc. • Implement brand and regional pricing strategies, yield strategies, selling strategies and revenue management best practices. Investigate and communicate new ways to capture optimal revenue potentials. • Provides support to the Hotel Managers, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing and Revenue teams and ensures execution and development of effective revenue and pricing strategies and plans to ensure RevPAR, RevPAS, RGI, System Delivery and Total Revenue objectives (including but not limited to Rooms, Banqueting, Restaurant and Bars) are achieved. • Ensures the total revenue focus and activity is synchronized between each of the IHG properties Owned by Social Security and additionally in line with all other local IHG properties in accordance with brand positioning. • With the Hotel management, Sales and Marketing and Revenue management teams, regularly reviews and ensures execution of business projections and annual revenue plans which support annual revenue goals and returns to owners and stakeholders. • In close collaboration with Human Resources and Hotel management, responsible for continuous and pro-active career development and succession planning of the revenue management team, including assessment, hiring, training, mentoring and performance management. • Identifies training needs designed to improve the overall revenue generation skills and pro-actively works to overcome them. • Train and support hotel teams on all revenue system* functionality and enhancements. • Being the “guardian” of SBRP, develop a positive SBRP culture in each of IHG Jordan properties Owned By Social Security Fund and provides SBRP related training & ensure compliance in all areas per AMEA guidelines. • Ensures implementation of AMEA and Global Revenue Management pricing and distributions initiatives and provide constructive feedback on continuous improvement opportunities. • Develop & implement rationally related pricing structures for Retail, Corporate, Wholesale, Groups with cohesive synergies between each of the of the IHG Jordan properties Owned By Social Security Fund . • Works with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing in developing and implementing contracting guidelines for all negotiated business. • Works closely with the Marketing team on design and implementation of tactical promotional campaigns. • Review internal/external business performance and consumer marketing research data and analysis to understand economic and consumer trends; competitor practices, Hotel Sales and Marketing and Revenue management staff to develop practical revenue and pricing strategies to identify opportunities to generate incremental revenues. • Is responsible for critical evaluation and continuous improvement of revenue management (total revenue focus), pricing and channel delivery processes including any system opportunities or enhancements. . • Develops and maintains strong and effective relationships with but not limited to IHG Area Sales and Marketing, Competitor Counter-parts, Industry & Business community & at hotel level i.e. Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Reservations and all other departments . • Facilitate the Revenue Room Meeting and with assistance of the Revenue Team generate reports and analyses needed for these meetings, displaying key facts/trends etc.,
