Your day to day

Great memories come from many places. The sights, sounds, scents and, importantly, service. As a Club Lounge Ambassador at our Club Lounge, you’ll welcome our guests and be responsible for the aspects of the Food & Beverage function to deliver a memorable service to guests that exceeds their expectations. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location and achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to current and future VIPs. What's the job about? • Maintains cashier float, ensure accurate daily report of money received and performs audit balances in accordance to accounting policies and procedures • Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures • To conduct daily beverage inventory and other inventories as required by management prior to closing the Club Lounge for the day • Maintain standard of behaviour, appearance and attitude in accordance to the hotel’s brand • Take personal interest and pride to ensure that the working area and stations are kept clean and orderly • Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity • Cashes hotel guest’s personal and travellers checks and assists with currency exchange • Prepare buffet set-up for breakfast and evening cocktail and provide host or hostess service to our club paying guest at the Club Lounge • Enroll new potential members for the Priority Club. • Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests and if there is a complaint that needs assistance, refer to the Guest Relations & Club Lounge Manager or the Duty Manager. • Coordinate with other departments to provide excellent service delivery • Maintain the cleanliness of the Club Lounge and the pantry area • Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation


What we need from you

Ideally you have graduated with a Diploma in Hospitality Management and have a friendly and warm personality with excellent communication skills to interact with guests.
