Your day to day
Reporting into the Hotel Operations Manager, as our Club InterContinental Manager, you are the go-to person for our VIPs and executive lounge members. You and your team will create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel instantly at home to deliver a true luxury guest experience that is unique, bringing our Luxury brand to life.
Leading from the front you will build a team of true Luxury ambassadors, responsive and caring to every guest need and delivering truly memorable luxury experiences within our Club InterContinental operations.
A the Club InterContinental leadership team you will be working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chef, and you are a pivotal part of our unique InterContinental guest experience. As a department you will be instrumental in the successful relaunch of our Club lounge and ensuring we are operating as a global world class Club InterContinental.
What we need from you
These roles will suit experienced leaders from either a food & beverage, events or rooms management background in a similar hotel or guest service environment.
As Club InterContinental Manager you will have the ability to manage and lead all aspects of Club InterContinental Operations including revenue goals, payroll and financial targets and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
For both roles, you will be a strong communicator, who is highly organised, flexible and a great motivator. Leading your teams from the front, you must be able to inspire them to produce the highest standard of work on a daily basis.
We are a luxury hotel and deliver luxury experiences, so previous experience within F&B, rooms or guest service within a similar environment is highly advantageous. Impeccable presentation and grooming together with the ability to connect with VIP guests and visitors is a must.
