Your day to day

  • Manage the Club InterContinental ensuring total guest satisfaction, whilst maximizing revenue and profit.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the business and to develop all colleagues within Club InterContinental to their full potential.
  • Maintain a high profile with guests; handle guest requests and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Liaise with all means of booking agents and with Revenue Manager, Reservations Supervisor, Reception Manager and Rooms Division Manager to ensure all guest requirements are met.
  • Ensure Ambassador, VIP and return guests are recognized and colleagues are aware of arrival.
  • To manage the seamless operation of the entire Club InterContinental experience, including but not limited to, rooms, suite policy, corridors and service areas.
  • Lead and maintain guest profiles and ensure hotel teams are delivering to Club InterContinental Guest expectations and requests.
  • Implement effective communication of guest feedback with all colleagues ensuring quality customer service at all times.
  • Ensure all staffs are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.                                                         


What we need from you

This is an outlet manager level role in a luxury hotel. You will be supervising a number of employees covering guest services in both rooms and food & beverage area. 

You need to be equipped with

  • Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal in Japanese and English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines
  • Proven ability to adapt to varying situations
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience – 2+ years’ related experience, including management experience.
