Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel, Beirut is situated along the famous boardwalk, "Corniche" a few minutes from the city's business and banking district, and the ever lively and entertaining city center. The Phoenicia Intercontinental with 446 rooms and suites and 33 apartments, along with 5 F&B outlets, and one of the largest banquet facilities in Lebanon.
Your day to dayAs a Club Floor Receptionist, You will responsible for : • Liaising as a coordinator between the guests of the Club Floor and the operating departments in the Hotel • Coordinating and applying all activities in connection with the day to day activities of the Club Lounge • Providing full information of the Club Floor benefits to the Club Floor guests • Participating in all activities related to the process of rooming at the Club Floors • Providing a personalized service to the guests of the club floor from arrival through departure and remaining in their company during their whole stay on a shift basis • Handling all the packing/unpacking requests of guests • Conducting inspection of the guests’ rooms prior to their arrival and checking amenities.
What we need from youIdeally, you will have some or all of the following competencies and experience we are looking for: • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related fields • 2 to 3 years Experience in a Five stars hotel, within a Front Office function • Fluent in Arabic and English
