We are currently seeking a Chief Steward to lead our Stewarding team under the guidance of Executive Chef Simon Quick.

Your day to day

As Chief Steward, you'll be working closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to keep all aspects of the stewarding area running smoothly and ensure high standards are met to deliver a memorable and unique guest experience.

We are looking for someone to take ownership of behind the scenes!  You will ensure IHG policies, procedures, health and safety and HACCP standards are followed. You will also coordinate the maintenance and tracking of kitchen inventory, as well as training the team in Stock Control.

What we need from you

If you’re passionate about food hygiene and health and looking for an opportunity where you can play a key role within the Kitchen Brigade - this is your opportunity.

You'll have prior experience in a kitchen and stewarding environment, and the ability to lead a team. Superior communication and organisational skills are a must.
