1、 负责监督礼宾部员工的服务工作，为客人提供即时，周到的服务
2、 检查礼宾员的仪容仪表及工作状态，保证客人得到满意的服务，并且督促礼宾员的服务水准符合集团要求
3、与前台接待保持良好的沟通，确保散客及团队客人的行李运送及时
4、检查所有寄存行李是否均有行李牌并且已经登记
5、做好部门培训计划，定期给部门员工进行培训
职位资格和技能
1、3年以上奢华品牌礼宾部工作经验
2、专业的沟通技巧，组织能力，有效的时间管理技能
3、了解北京的餐厅，酒吧，夜店，剧院，展览和著名景点
