Our events range from innovative gala dinners to delicious catering for large multi-day conferences. Under the supervision and coaching of the Executive Chef, you will be strengthening our ambitious and growing team. Your responsibilities include preparing food preparations for banqueting, conferences, and public catering. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates, who preferably already have kitchen experience as a Chef De Partie. 

By taking pride in your workspace, keeping your standards high, and giving our menu the benefit of your expertise, you’ll create some of our guests’ most lasting memories.  

What we need from you 

A suitable Chef De Partie will have; 

  • Up to date knowledge of current food trends 
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude 
  • A passion for creating not making 
  • 2 to 3 years previous culinary experience, ideally with leadership exposure and in a hotel or luxury restaurant environment
  • Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider 
  • Knowledge of HACCP  standards and procedures or similar food safety system
  • Positive and Passionate about delivering a memorable guest experience 
  • Flexible availability – morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job 
  •  Australian work rights is also a must
