Your day to day

Our collection of unique dining options provides our guests with extraordinary island experiences of which you will play an integral part. As Chef de Cuisine, you will direct the operation of the outlet/restaurant kitchen, including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance, and inventory functions, to ensure hotel quality standards and revenue goals are met and food and supply costs are controlled. You will also manage day-to-day kitchen activities, plan, and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.


What we need from you

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. Ideally you will have: • Completion of a degree or certificate in culinary arts and at least 2 years of experience as a chef, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity • Equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience. • Up to date food safety certification.
