Currently we are looking for a Business Support Executive Assistant to perform administrative duties in support of the hotel’s General Manager and Director of Finance and Business Support.


Your day to day

Pivotal to supporting the team, you will have a proactive focus on maintaining all administration activities within the department.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Provide day to day administrative support to the General Manager and Finance Department, and other hotel leaders as required.
  • Respond on behalf of the General Manager to Guest Feedback in a timely manner
  • Complete cashiering duties for the Hotel.
  • Oversight of the daily, weekly and monthly collation of the Reporting required for the Hotel’s Control Self Assessment audit (Internal Control Audit).
  • Participate in the Responsible Business Committee and ensure that all mandatory training is completed annually and appropriate records are maintained.
  • Assist with organisation of colleague engagement activities at the resort

What we need from you

Ideally, you will have a minimum of five years working in a high paced administration role with exposure to executive department within hotel environment or service provider environment. A problem solver passionate about ensuring the processes you are managing are seamless, you’re also comfortable with numbers, data and utilising technology and varying computer programs and devices.

You will need to have fluency in English and strong communication skills to support your role a key contact for all things administration across the Resort and exposure to working within hotel and resort operations will be advantageous.  You must also hold the appropriate work rights to work within Australia.
