Your day to day

A rear opportunity has become available up for a Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. As Business Development Executive you’ll be responsible for driving sales activities in line with the annual sales and marketing plan. Your role will primarily focus on generating conference and event revenue and preparing tailored winning proposals that secure the business.


You’ll manage corporate accounts and conference organisers and will also focus on proactively targeting new clients. Your role will work closely with all departments within the hotel, build relationships with industry partners, host events and familiarisations and attend relevant networking events to also build awareness of the hotel in various markets.




What we need from you

The ideal candidate will bring

  • At least 1 years previous experience in sales and business development, ideally within a similar style of hotel environment
  • A proven record of pro-active sourcing and converting business across market segments including groups and meeting business
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and build on client relationships
  • Champion a brand is a must along with positive energy
  • An eye for detail and passion for driving results
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
