We are currently seeking a talented Full-Time Breakfast Chef and Commis Chef to join our culinary team.

Your day to day

You'll join our established kitchen team, collaborating closely with our Restaurant, Bars, and Crowne Meetings teams to craft memorable guest experiences. From delectable restaurant dishes to room service delights and banquet feasts, each day will brim with variety and creativity.

Your culinary passion and flair will shine through in every presentation, providing our guests with a truly exceptional dining experience. Alongside your creativity, you'll maintain the highest standards of consistency, strict hygiene, and HACCP compliance.

What we need from you

• 1 to 2 years previous culinary experience in a hotel or luxury restaurant environment
• Commercial cookery certification and preferably you will have worked with a food safety system such as HACCP.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm to learn new things and above all, a can do attitude.
• Ability to stay organised and on top of your work at all times.
• Self-motivated and will perform your role with a sense of urgency.
• Creatively focused and have a genuine passion for creating exceptional cuisine.
