Your day to day

As a Bellperson, you will ensure that all guests are being assisted to the company standard in the Front Office Department. You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are always demonstrated within Front Office areas.

The Key Responsibilities are:

  • Greeting arriving guests and assists them with their luggage
  • Escorting guests to their rooms, explaining the room facilities
  • Deliver luggage, messages, faxes and packages to guests and to undertake various other requests ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Conveyance departing guests’ luggage from the room to the lobby, ensuring that the guest has verified that all luggage have been accounted for
  • Assist with keeping lobby area clean and orderly
  • Ensure that luggage has been stored safely as per the Hotel Standards
  • Be fully aware of what functions that are going on in the hotel



What we need from you

You will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player. You should have a minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant experience. You will be an enthusiastic individual who can communicate easily with both your fellow team members and guests. You will bring with you strong interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English is required. Preferably with UAE driving license. A professional and friendly appearance, a service orientated mindset, high initiative, team spirit, a drive for results are desired.
