We want to make our guests’ experiences truly memorable from the very first moment they set foot in one of our hotels. To set the right tone, we’re looking for a Bellperson capable of providing exceptional customer service throughout our guests' stay.  

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Transporting guest luggage as requested.
  • Correctly tagging, storing, and retrieving luggage from holding room.
  • Identifying and explaining hotel life and safety systems and exits, facilities, and features to guests while escorting them to their room.
  • Maintaining accurate knowledge of scheduled functions within the hotel to direct guests to correct locations.
  • Maintaining accurate knowledge of local attractions and activities to recommend for guest inquiries.

What we need from you:

  • Have a minimum of one (1) year experience in a front-line service or retail industry position. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with proficiency in English. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, late evenings, and weekends as needed.

Salary Range: $22.66 per hour
