In a nutshell, as Bartender, you will provide prompt and courteous drink orders at the bar or through the bar servers whilst at the same time delivering bespoke experiences.

You will use suggestive selling, take orders and serve them accordingly, reset tables, perform side work as required and perform the cashiering function. You will manage an efficiently operated outlet shift that is in accordance with the agreed standards and regulations: pick up, verify, and put away all requisitions for beer, juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas; set up the bar at the start of opening, including liquor, icing, glassware, juices and garnishes; update temperature records and check the expiry dates. You will ensure that the bar is stocked and all side opening and closing duties are completed.
