About Us

  • Deliver category plans and project prioritization for relevant Region Level Category Expenditure
  • Execute end-to-end sourcing processes and projects in GC region in a timely manner
  • Work with internal stakeholders to challenge and formalise specifications based on knowledge of brand standards, product knowledge and cost per key insights
  • Ensure all PaCE processes and standards are embedded in this endeavor (Responsible Procurement and Sustainability, DoA, Contract Standards) and adapt as needed for GC region with these teams
  • Use PaCE and IHG systems as needed to accomplish these goals including Ariba and IHG Mall (or other technology system) administration and championing
  • Maintain a deep understanding of key supply markets and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
  • Master Data and Benchmarking management in alignment with the SRD through the creation and continuous refinement of playbooks, SKU catalogues
  • Ongoing supplier relationship, product quality and supplier performance management
  • Ongoing demand planning, forecasting and owner compliance monitoring
  • Handle customer claims regarding quality or supplier performance

Your day to day

  • Proficient in supplier development process, product development and data management
  • Execute complex strategic sourcing projects in an operational environment
  • Demonstrated strong negotiation, influencing skills and project management skills
  • Around 5-10 years of working experience in trading company/ sourcing agency with understanding of trade
  • Sourcing experience in customized furniture industry and understand the production technology of furniture and furniture materials/drawings.
  • Strong product and material knowledge of carpet, tiles and lightings etc would be a plus
  • Good Microsoft office skills and proficient in Excel for data analysis
