Your day to day

The Associate Manager, Loyalty Internal Communications (Hotels) will have responsibility for the effective communication of all IHG One Rewards loyalty initiatives and in partnership with Guest Experience Shared Services (GXSS) ensure the effective use of all channels, e.g., Hotel Experience Champions.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for:

  • In partnership with Global Communications assist in developing a Communications Plan to support the rollout of all key initiatives
  • Maintaining a IHG One Rewards Hotel Messaging calendar, and executing on it with key communications stakeholders; assist in the writing of hotel communications
  • Ensuring all loyalty messaging across all channel accurately reflects the program(s) and update for any new initiatives
  • Hotel Experience Champions – collaborate with GXSS to ensure Champions have accurate loyalty related information, coordinating and providing content for the monthly Hotel Experience Champions Calls
  • Hotel Experience Champions platform – working alongside GXSS to ensure the platform is updated and accurately reflects the loyalty program
  • Work in partnership with the Acquisitions team to support the effective communication and rollout of their key hotel facing initiatives

Other key priorities include:

  • Budget management
  • Collaboration with peers and key stakeholders – Identify and coordinate synergistic opportunities to drive core program delivery and performance
  • Follow up, as appropriate, to ensure timely execution to meet established deadlines

 




What we need from you

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree level in Hospitality, Communications, Data/Insight management, project management or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
  • 2-5 years progressive experience in marketing, communications with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines related to the position. Travel, hospitality or service industry experience is a plus.
