As an Assistant Learning & Development Manager, you will manage the hotel’s training function includes
- Develop a complement of qualified departmental trainers
- Establish a hotel system for generating training data and evaluating results.
- Creating training materials and programmes to address the hotel business objectives
- Manage training budgets
- Monitor and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes
- Keeping up-to-date on the latest training trends, developments and best practices
- Managing employee enrolment for training, schedule training sessions and facilitation of training programmes
What we need from you
Ideally, you should have the following requirements and skills:
- 3 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- ACTA or DACE certification would be an advantage.
