A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Manage day-to-day staffing needs, plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to improve team member performance.
- Ensure your spa team delivers a great service, professional attention and personal recognition as refer in guest journey and hotel standard.
- Check billing instructions and guest credit for compliance with hotel credit policy and ensure all transactions are handled in a secure manner
- Handles guest problems and complaints.
What We need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration, plus 3 years of Spa/Guest Service experience in hospitality industry including management experience.
- Spa Therapist knowledge is advantage.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Russian and other languages preferred.
- Self-confident, Positive attitude toward leadership and team work.
- Good in interpersonal skill and well groomed.
