Your day to day

The Assistant Night Manager will lead the Night Team in the absence of the Night Manager and oversee all overnight operations, including verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, balancing charges/revenues, as well as assisting with all aspects of guest services. They will ensure the safety, security and smooth running of all other hotel operations in the absence of senior Management.

You will enjoy a fast paced, forward thinking environment all while focusing on efficient and outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guests experience at Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach is one to remember.




What we need from you

The successful applicant must possess:

  • Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
  • An energetic, team focused and 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent grooming and presentation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of computer literacy – Opera experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous hotel experience in Front Office
  • NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Nationally accredited First Aid/CPR certification
  • The right to work in Australia
