Holiday Inn Chandigarh Zirakpur, the newest hotel in the Zirakpur city featuring 131 fresh and contemporary rooms. The hotel is strategically located on Chandigarh-Ambala highway connecting Chandigarh city to all famous landmarks on Northern belt. The hotel also offers 22000 sq ft of banquet venue which is ideal for hosting large weddings to social, corporate parties or meetings and exhibitions.

Your day to day

• Create, develop and market key events for the hotel, especially during key business periods • Communicate effectively, to target markets, the amenities and benefits of the hotel, including hotel refurbishments, food and beverage provisions, conference, banqueting and events • Manage day-to-day marketing activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognise good performance. • Develop and own promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events The statements in this job description are intended to represent the key duties and level of work being performed. What we need from you

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Marketing specialization or related field, and one to two years of experience in a hospitality or hotel marketing setting with direct supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
