We have a new leadership opportunities to Join our hotel team as Housekeeping Floor Supervisor.
Your day to day
Housekeeping is one of the hardest departments in a Hotel. We recognise and appreciate that our housekeeping team contribute such an important part of our guests experience and memorable stay at our Hotel.
As part of our Hotels housekeeping leadership team you will provide day to day support and supervision to ensure the highest standards of hotel presentation and cleanliness are consistently met, guaranteeing a luxury InterContinental experience to all guests - No detail is too small, and no request is too large.
You will lead and support the team to ensure they have the tools, resources and feedback needed to achieve our IHG Way of Clean standards, together with maintaining the very highest presentation of our guest rooms and public spaces.
What we need from you
We are looking for experienced, passionate, self-motivated and resourceful Housekeeping leaders; ideally with a proven track record in working within a high luxury environment.
You will be a strong communicator, highly organised, flexible and a great motivator. Leading your team from the front, you must be able to inspire them to produce the highest standard of work on a daily basis.
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping at a team leader or supervisor level is advantageous
Must have full Australian working rights
