Your day to day

As the Assistant Front Office Manager you'll support to lead and drive the team to achieve excellent guest service standards and ensure the smooth running of the Front Office operations. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and motivating your team, ensuring that everyone is trained and developed in line with our True Hospitality service behaviors and InterContinental brand standards. You'll be responsible for ensuring departmental revenue and profit goals are met in line with budget and play in active role in workforce planning and talent succession planning and development.

What we need from you

In this role you will;

  • Lead the team and manage operations to ensure quality service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience
  • Bring a leadership experience in a similar operation within a similar size and scope property with a combination of operational and leadership experience
  • Be a real people person who loves interacting with our guests and providing them with insider knowledge
  • Coach your team to deliver a true luxury experience
  • Work closely with your direct reports to provide support across the department
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, or other requirements
