Your day to day

PEOPLE

  • Check schedule approval for F&B outlets
  • Check dining emails
  • Follow up on paper work given by superior or outlets managers
  • Actions in accordance with hotel or company rules and policies.
  • Handle phone calls from colleague regarding F&B issue
  • Key in schedule for F&B Admin Team
  • Dining Privilege Card application and follow up
  • Attend Workplace Safety and Health Security committee meeting
  • Follow up/update with outlets F&B promotion
  • Assisting outlets to prepare important promotion operation & administration work

GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Guiding outlets for administration work.
  • Sending invitation for meeting/arrangement appointment
  • Send reminder to outlets regarding follow up issues
  • Attend promotion meeting & compiling information required for submitting
  • Follow up ad hoc cases to consolidate outlets reply before giving relevant department

  • Attend to enquiries from IHG colleagues pertaining to any F&B matters like menu selection, dining reservation

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

  • Do minutes should there be any important meeting
  • Assists in any IHG corporate orders or menu requests.
  • Attend to enquiries from IHG colleagues pertaining to any F&B matters like menu selection, dining reservation
  • Guiding outlets for administration work.
  • Sending invitation for meeting/arrangement appointment
  • Send reminder to outlets regarding follow up issues
  • F&B voucher enquiry & purchase
  • F&B voucher file to be passed to account if there is any new purchase each month
  • Attend promotion meeting & compiling information required for submitting
  • Follow up ad hoc cases to consolidate outlets reply before giving relevant department
  • Market Boomer – Stationary ordering for F&B admin office and F&B outlets
  • Artist contract preparation
  • Assists in any IHG corporate orders or menu requests.



What we need from you

  • Diploma in Business or Secretarial Study
  • 1 years of secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft
  • Team player and excellent communication skills – written and spoken
  • Positive attitude 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Flexible to respond to a range of different work situations
