- 将成本接口文件导入SUN。
- 审核费用，并确保已事先取得相关批准。
- 为长期合作的供货商准备付款凭证，并确保所有相关原始文件。
- 查证采购文件，确保发票上的物品、单价和数量与事先批准的采购单及收货记录一致
- 及时将已付款的费用输入Sun系统。
- 跟进银行付款相关事宜。
- 应付账款相关账户的对账。
