岗位职责：
负责提供关于酒店设施、场所和功能的准确信息并答复客人的问询。管理客人的钥匙、信件、留言、电报和包裹等。协调客人的需求，要求和问询以确保提供卓越和超值的服务；
负责将客人的行李顺利送往或送离房间、机场和汽车，并对客人的问询和申请提供协助。 应接服务员需要从事各种各样的杂务，以满足客人的需要，保证其舒适和满意；
负责为客人提供行李存储服务，如行李接收，标注和行李领取。在入住和退房高峰期时协助前台做好客人的登记入住及退房服务；
以最礼貌的方式进行客人接待服务。要对所有来宾进行热烈欢迎，并对离店客人友好欢送。
岗位要求：
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力；
能够读写英语，熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统；
具有解决问题，组织和培训能力。
