Kimpton Suzhou Bamboo Grove Hotel, the first Kimpton scheduled to open in mainland China, located beside the famous Suzhou river, is a splendid blend of traditional Chinese architectural style and modern aesthetic design.

 

What’s the job?

To bring the first Kimpton to life during pre-opening, building an unbeatable, creative, and passionate team. Once opened, to provide day-to-day leadership and direction by maximising financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community.

Your day to day

What we need from you

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, plus five to ten years of prior hotel management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience required may vary based on size and complexity of operation.
