当ホテルには大中小23の宴会スペースがあります。
そこで催される一般宴会及び婚礼に関わる調理業務に携わっていただきます。
業務内容
宴会調理のメニュー開発や料理の監修、スタッフの指導・育成、衛生管理など、組織の中心として幅広い業務をお任せします。
仕込み及び調理、仕上げなどにも直接携わっていただきます。
宴会調理ではコール、ホットなど各セクションに分かれておりますが、全体として連携を組んで仕事をしております。

応募資格
・調理経験5年以上
・管理職経験2年以上
・変化に富む環境での勤務を楽しめる方
・問題発見力/解決力、チーム推進力のある方
・コミュニケーション能力のある方
・上司に対しても、自らの意思を持って、意見・提案を述べることができる方
・部下育成に力を入れ、自立したスタッフを育てることができる方 など
給与
月給 360,000円～445,000円 ※ご経験、レストランによる
