【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店员工培训体系的搭建与完善，制定年度、季度及月度培训计划并组织实施；
2、根据酒店各部门需求，设计并开发针对性的培训课程，包括但不限于服务技能、产品知识、安全规范等；
3、组织新员工入职培训，确保其快速融入岗位并掌握基础业务技能；
4、定期评估培训效果，通过考核、反馈等方式优化培训内容及方法；
5、协调内外部培训资源，管理培训预算，确保培训工作高效开展；
6、建立员工培训档案，跟踪培训成果，为人才选拔与晋升提供依据；
7、推动企业文化传播，提升员工职业素养与团队凝聚力。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、酒店管理、教育学等相关专业优先；
2、3年以上酒店行业培训相关工作经验，熟悉酒店运营流程及服务标准；
3、具备优秀的课程开发与授课能力，能独立完成培训方案设计与实施；
4、熟练使用办公软件及培训工具，擅长数据分析和效果评估；
5、沟通表达能力强，具备良好的组织协调能力与团队合作精神；
6、工作细致耐心，责任心强，能适应快节奏的酒店工作环境；
7、持有培训师资格认证（如TTT）或相关证书者优先。
