How to get a Job in Hospitality

1. Application

Search for IHG® hospitality jobs by clicking 'search jobs' and apply for an opportunity suitable for you (or if you live close to the hotel or office, stop by and ask if you can speak to HR in person).

In your application, tell us about what interests you about working in the hospitality industry.

2. Screening

Someone at the hotel or office will review your application and you may receive a call from HR to have an initial conversation.

Be prepared to talk about your previous experience and what interests you about working at IHG.

3. Interview

This is your opportunity to shine. Bring to life first-hand examples of skills relevant to working in hospitality, it may be team-work or problem-solving. We also want to know what your interests are outside of work.

Be prepared to ask the interviewer any questions you may have.

4. Offer
