Internship Programmes
We're looking for energetic, committed people with a flair for connecting with others. With our varied portfolio of hotels around the world we can offer you an internship full of exciting and rewarding possibilities.
You'll need to be studying from an approved institution, or recently graduated and depending on your course requirements and your area of interest, you‘ll either focus on a specific role, or rotate between departments. You'll also be involved in project work making a direct impact to the hotel's performance.
On successful graduation, you'll be eligible to apply for a full-time role straight away.

We're looking for those with an international vision and desire to work abroad. The IHG® Frontier Programme gives participants on IHG Academy internships in China the opportunity to take part in the cross-regional internship programme in hotels across Asia Pacific. You will spend approximately six months broadening your hospitality skills, learning to adapt to working in new cultures, learning new languages and experiencing working in different IHG branded hotels.
