Key Accountabilities
• Develop creative approaches with Owners to communicate IHG systems and tools to enable hotels to open faster
• Responsible for the technical review and on-site evaluation of potential new, re-branding or conversion Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express projects
• Assist and provide the developers with detail and analytical assessment of potential Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express projects pertaining to compliance with IHG brand standards and specifications.
• Provide technical assessment for projects submitted to Holiday Inn Express Deal Approval Committee
• Measure lead consultant performance, periodical improvement and ensure the successful implementation on future projects
• Become the point of contact regarding D&C delivery model, including promotion at roadshow, answer to potential owner’s queries; reviewing D&C bid; liaison with D&C contractor; tracking performance of D&C projects/ contractors; working with QS to collect relevant project information to improve model
• Tracking and rationalize cost model of essential brands portfolio in line with cost per key target

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree of architecture/interior design/civil engineering is a must
• Flexible interpersonal style; effective communication and project management skills; strong influencing skills; experience in a multi-national environment and ability to deal with different cultural issues and competing requirements.
• Typically, Minimum 5 years or more direct combined experience in design, construction, project management of hospitality buildings.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and design, and construction principles and understanding of applicable laws. #LI-RX1
