岗位职责：
- 定期检查泳池所有设备，确保正常运转。检查水温及室内温度
- 检查客用品，办公用品并摆放整齐
- 随时随地根据客人的出入及使用设备情况，做出及时全方位的跟进服务
- 培训员工基本救护知识
- 接听泳池内客人来访电话
- 推广酒店最新促销信息
- 经常与会员进行有效沟通
- 定期对泳池进行消毒，吸尘
- 确保接收与跟进有关本部门的一切信息，以便维持设立的标准和获得客人的满意
- 为客人提供毛巾，水，以及其他服务要求
- 补充更衣室内毛巾及洗浴用品
- 与内部员工和客人建立和维持积极的关系，以便能有效满足他们的合理需求
- 预见客人的需要，解答客人的咨询，并为客人解决问题
- 通过与顾客和内部员工的交谈为酒店树立良好的形象
- 对工作区域进行维护，并保证设备处于清洁及维护的良好状况
- 按照酒店健康、安全、和卫生政策执行职责，并坚持监督员工个人形象及卫生符合标准
- 及时对危险的情形采取补救措施，并对上级主管汇报存在的潜在危险
- 熟悉财产安全、急救、火灾和紧急程序，并安全及时地运行设备进行控制
- 在严格按照绿色酒店标准完成工作，节约能源，减少能耗
- 按时参加绿色酒店相关培训，熟悉与本岗位相关的绿色酒店环保标准和知识
任职要求：
具备中专学历或同等教育以上学历。具备1-2年相关4-5星级酒店相关岗位工作经验。要求初级英语或以上水平。熟悉电脑软件操作，熟悉健身中心工作流程。具备健身教练证书，救生员证书，游泳教练证书等相关职业技能证书者优先考虑。
