We are seeking Commis Chefs to join our amazing team of talented chefs. A little taste of your day-to-day You will join our established kitchen team, working closely with our Restaurant, Bars and Crowne Meetings teams to create a memorable guest experience, every time. On the daily there will be variety as you’ll prepare an array of dishes catering for the restaurant, bar, room service and banquets. Your culinary passion and creativity will flow through into your presentation and you’ll pride yourself on delivering a fantastic culinary experience for our guests. On the flip side - you'll maintain consistency, strict hygiene standards, and HACCP compliance What we need from you Successful candidates will have 12 months experience in a commercial kitchen with a passion for culinary arts. You will hold Commercial Cookery qualifications and demonstrate exceptional communication skills as well as strong time management and attention to detail. You'll be a team player with a collaborative approach to work. Candidates will have the flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including, but not limited to overnights, weekends and public holidays. You must also hold the rights to work in Australia.
