客房部主管
岗位职责：
1.协助部门负责人做好部门的日常管理工作，合理分配每日工作，监督工作质量及进度
2.监督和检查分配给到部门员工的工作，按酒店的标准为客人提供卓越的服务
3.留意住店客人动态，处理客人对服务或设备的投诉，处理突发事件，并向部门负责人汇报
4.检查客房、走廊等公共区域的卫生状况及时发现需要维修及更换的家具或设备，向部门提出建议；对于需要维修和维护的项目，及时向工程部同事汇报
5.监督并控制客用物品以及清洁用品的消耗，检查工作间及工作手推车的规整及清洁度，检查客用物品物料是否准备充足
6.对员工进行常用设施设备的操作培训，确保员工已经接受良好的培训以及得到所需要的工具和设施设备，高效地完成各自负责的工作
