Job Summary

To develop quality collaterals in line with brand guidelines to support and enhance the hotel’s Sales and Marketing efforts in targeting the hotels key markets.  To reinforce corporate Brand Identity.  At all times, the Luxury of the Regent Hotels and Resorts must be upheld. Organize and take the lead in in-house photography requirements and execution.

• Provide ongoing updates of Regent Luxury Brand Standards, policies and procedures with regard to collateral and visual identity. Ensure high quality work with an excellent result in the luxury field, using Upper Tier Luxury hotels as well as REGENT Beijing guidelines to achieve the greatest level of presentation.
• Coordinate collateral production with internal departments and suppliers and facilitate Promotion and Creative job requisitions submitted by hotel management team and division heads. Responsible for monitoring all deadlines for design, artwork and printing.
• Responsible for in-house photography and providing professional recommendations.
• Photo retouching according to the brand guideline.
• Carry approved images into completed artwork according to Regent brand standard.
• Maintain organized file of images, artworks and designs.
