Bar Attendant (Full Time) - Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley

Every Day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Take a splash of expert knowledge. Add a drizzle of pride. Pour over a passion for serving drinks and food to our guests’ unique tastes with the perfect mix of skills to make every guest experience truly memorable.

●Creating a warm welcome for every single guest that sets the tone for their experience with us

● Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard as well as highlighting promotions for our guests

● Owning your bar – managing stock, inventory and equipment as well as keeping the space cleaner than clean

● Handling cash and credit transactions

● Working closely with your restaurant colleagues to deliver a truly seamless food service

What We need from you:

We’re searching for Bar Attendants with the perfect mix of skills to make every guest experience truly memorable. 

●  A flair for service, natural ability to build rapport and most importantly you love what you do and enjoy sharing your love of all things drinks with your guests

● Previous experience in a premium restaurant or bar

● Good skills and knowledge in Cocktail making, classical and curated, spirit & wine knowledge and confidence in your service skills in these areas is a must

● Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to

● Proven organisational skills and diplomacy in dealing with delicate situations.

● Immaculate presentation and grooming

● NSW RSA certificate essential

● You must have full Australian working rights

● Flexible- nights, weekends, and holiday shifts are all part of the job

● Fitness as you will be required to lift and carry heavy objects such as stock & move kegs etc
