シェフと協働しながら、レストランを管理・運営してください。
業務内容
・レストランオペレーションの管理
・自店舗における季節ごと、および繁忙期のプロモーションの起案、メニュー作成
・スタッフの管理、トレーニング
・助言やお客様のコメントをシェフや上長に伝え、お客様の志向を反映させる
・コスト管理
・顧客のデータ管理
・発注、在庫管理
・スタッフのトレーニング
・自店舗の売上予算の作成及び、3か月毎の予測の管理

・中国レストランのマネジメント経験
・コミュニケーションスキルの高い方
・高いリーダーシップのある方

給与
月給 360,000円～445,000円 ※ご経験、レストランによる
