We are looking for a talent individual to join our team. The suitable candidate should be able to prove:

• Leadership experience for 2+ years in a five-star property.
• Energised individual that enjoys working alongside with the team and eager to develop himself /herself and staff members.
• Attention to details  
• Track record with success at coaching and training implementation
• Track record dealing with projects assigned
• Demonstrates collaboration with other departments and building up strong relationships
• Ability to implement new initiatives to improve the work environment
• Thorough knowledge of statutory regulations ensuring the business is always operated within the law
• Understanding of systems to support driving results –Opera, Microsoft suite

Our Senior Housekeeping Manager supports the Executive Head Housekeeper with the effective and efficient running of the housekeeping team, with direct accountability for defined processes within the department ensuring financial targets are achieved whilst maintaining the highest of standards to ensure guest expectation is consistently exceeded in line with an InterContinental stay - which is a laid-back and an original luxury experience that offers guests the finer things without the fuss. No detail is too small, and no request is too large.

Working as a Senior Housekeeping Manager you will ensure all team members are trained and maintaining IHG way of Clean, you will manage the day today team with the support of the Executive Head Housekeeper, you will work a variety of shifts, including Days, Evening & Night Shifts, over Weekdays & Weekends including Bank Holidays.

• Up to £38,000 salary plus paid overtime and great IHG perks!
• 31 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, this increases up to a maximum of 33 days (Pro Rated)
