About Us
Crowne Plaza Auckland is located in the heart of Auckland CBD. Our 4.5-star hotel is currently looking for Front Office Specialist to join our friendly and professional team within our Front Office team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the hotel! you will provide guests with friendly and efficient service related to arrival, departure and any guest queries using our Property Management System, Opera
- Follow procedures for cash and security on front desk
- Work alongside with other departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance and Reservations to ensure a smooth flow of the operations
To be successful in this position you will:
- Previous customer service experience will be advantageous.
- Strong computer skills, including but not limited to - Microsoft Office and Front Office systems
- Must speak fluent English with Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
