About Us

1. Coordination of the daily operation.

协调运作前台每日的工作并做好交接班工作。

2. Regularly take part in the meeting and timely report to front desk manager.

定期参加前台例会并及时向前台经理汇报前台工作。

3. Assist front desk manager to achieve IRC enrollment, recognition and upselling target.

协助前台经理完成优悦会会员发展、认知和升级销售目标。

4. Arrange the room reasonable to ensure that the special requirements of the guests are met.

合理安排每日预抵用房,确保客人特殊要求得以满足。

5.  Is familiar with long staying guest’s interests and have it record.

熟知长住客的喜好, 及做好记录




Your day to day

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System. Problem solving, organizational and training abilities. Diploma or Vocational Certificate  in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent,1 years experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。

具有良好写作技能,熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统,具有解决问题,组织和培训能力,具有酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相关的大专学历或职业证书,拥有1年前厅或宾客服务工作经验,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
