Your day to day

As the Loyalty Strategy Manager in our Luxury & Lifestyle division you will develop strategies to drive growth in the Luxury and Lifestyle loyalty program activity. 

Key Accountabilities

  •  Lead smaller projects, engaging global and regional stakeholders, demonstrating strategic thought leadership, communicating to the senior management teams, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Insights and/or Loyalty Strategy teams on primary research efforts focused on better understanding portfolio challenges.  Work with other groups within the team to source necessary data or reports.
  • Track and analyse hotels’ performance 
  • Lead or assist on multiple complex project work streams all the way from project structuring to implementation, handover and planning whilst effectively navigating a complex multi-region, multi-function matrix organization.
  • Lead analysis efforts to develop strategies to drive growth of loyalty activity in Luxury and Lifestyle hotels.

 

What we need from you

Education

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. 

Critical Experience & Expertise

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing impactful strategies that drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  • 3+ years progressive work-related experience with demonstrated understanding of multiple business processes related to the position including loyalty programmes (preferably within the travel or hospitality industry).
  • Strategic & Analytic thinking:
    • Ability to frame complex business issues and to undertake problem solving with a logical, hypothesis led approach.
    • Confidence in undertaking strategic analytics (Excel) to develop recommendations
    • Confidence in producing ‘client ready’ outputs (PowerPoint) and concisely presenting findings to Senior Stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated communication skills including ability to present to all levels of the organization, ability to influence and ability to build and maintain internal & external relationships.
  • Demonstrated project management skills in organizing, planning, and executing mid to large size projects from conception through implementation.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity of external data sources and ability to use them effectively to reach key conclusions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing and presenting information to stakeholders, vendors, management, and staff.
