Your Day to Day

As a Head Bartender you are responsible to provide the highest level of hospitality by:

•Working towards the timely set up of the bar areas and the completion of all mise en place works

•Delighting our guests by offering trend setting and innovative products and services.

•Preparing Store and Bar requisitions

•Handling guest complaints directly or refer them to the Bar Manager

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Minimum 2-3 years food and beverage experience with detailed bar knowledge
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
