  • As part of the Business Reputation and Responsibility department, the global legal team plays a key role in upholding the BRR mission "to champion and protect the trusted reputation of IHG and its brands". We do that by providing legal compliance and other support across the business through on-going advice, training programmes and legal initiatives.

  • Our admin and clerical teams are there to support our functions in getting the basics right. From making sure the correct paperwork is completed on time, to managing our senior leaders' diaries - they are responsible for making sure the detailed tasks are completed to the highest possible standard.

  • Global Procurement's core purpose is to deliver sustainable profit and competitive advantage for IHG and owners through managing third party suppliers. You will help achieve this through partnering with stakeholders to deliver their commercial objectives, focusing on the biggest markets to exploit IHG's scale and incorporating external insight and innovation.

  • Our strategy team works across huge global and regional initiatives, providing advice to senior management. They follow competitor trends and use analytical frameworks and financial modelling skills to help conduct strategic analysis on business issues for our senior stakeholders and the Executive Committee.

  • All businesses take risk - without them there would be no reward and IHG recognises that responsible risk taking creates value over the long term. The Global Risk team helps manage both desired risk taking and undesirable risk by ensuring that we are well prepared. As part of the team, you will assist in identifying and understanding the likely risks; making sure we have actions and capability in place to mitigate risks; and providing feedback on actions and performance to the wider organisation.
