IHG ranked No1 by graduates in the UK!
The Job Crowd recognises and ranks top companies for early careers in the UK. Thousands of reviews are written and submitted to The Job Crowd by graduate employees at hundreds of companies across the UK each year. This means that the companies who qualified and are listed are truly the best places for graduates to work.
This year, IHG in the UK has been recognised across 4 categories:

In 2015, we were ranked 29th, and in 2016 we were ranked 13th, so this is a great achievement.

How does it feel for the IHG Future Leaders Programme to be recognised externally in this way?
It’s amazing to see that our ‘out of the box’ collaborative approach has paid off. It has been quite a journey for us and we were very lucky to be surrounded by amazing programme sponsors, the functional leads and all the GMs who are hosting our graduates. It is also a great opportunity for our employer brand to be put on the map together with the other key companies in the world of graduate programmes.

What is so special about these awards in particular?
These awards are special to us as it is not granted by a jury of professionals, but by the graduates themselves; it is through the votes and interviews of our own people that our ranking was calculated.
The Best Training award is also a great recognition for all our training and development initiatives at IHG. This recognition will help convince more and more graduates that IHG is a leading company in terms of Learning & Development.
What do you think is the secret of the IHG Future Leader Programme’s success?
Definitely our True Hospitality approach! We design initiatives that are designed around the millennials’ mindset, such as CSR Experiential Learning programmes, and that are tailor-made for them. We set the right amount of challenges to grow their leadership skills and self-awareness, and inspire them to aim higher.
