A regular guest to an InterContinental Hotel usually purchased a hand-made sheep at the Nahalat Binyamin Craft Fair each time that she came to visit. However, on her latest stay she couldn't find the artist's stand.

Knowing the guests struggle, dedicated team member Dana decided to go to the market on her day off to "investigate" all of the artist’s stalls. Through her ‘detective work’ she found out that this particular artist had stopped making these sheep.

Undeterred, she found the artist on the internet, contacted him and explained that there was a guest from the U.S that really wanted another sheep to add to her collection. Impressed, he made 2 more as a special order. Dana then went to the artist's house, bought the items and placed them on the guest's bed with a letter.
